Ingredients:

  1. One Half Kilo Squid
  2. Three Cloves Garlic, (Minced).
  3. One Onion, (sliced)
  4. Ginger, sliced
  5. One cup Vinegar
  6. One cup Soy sauce
  7. Salt and Pepper
  8. Cooking oil of your choice

Instructions:
  1.  Saute the onions, garlic and ginger.
  2.  Add the squid.
  3.  Cook until the squid had slightly change its color.
  4.  Add vinegar and soy sauce.
  5.  Simmer until the squid is tender.
  6.  Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot
